You'll notice a gentle lamb flavor to this product that will make it irresistible! At Grow & Behold, we raise our kosher lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. Serve this wonderful lamb bacon at any meal, or just eat it right out of the pan. Ingredients: Lamb, Water, Sea Salt, Sugar, Honey, Cherry Powder, Celery Powder, Spices, Smoke Flavor, Garlic.
