Our animals are raised on pasture in the US, without any hormones or antibiotics. Crisp strips of thin beef bacon make a great burger topper, or wrap them around a turkey breast to create a flavorful, crispy skin while it roasts. Thick beef bacon is great for adding to salads, as a garnish for a soup or stew, roasting with Brussels sprouts. Not cured or preserved. Keep frozen until use; open packages can be stored, tightly sealed, for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
